After we recieved your payment and your order is confirmed, you gain access to your product by downloadlinks. To use these downloadlinks, simply log in to your account using the "Login" link on every page. After you login to your account, choose the ordered file you want to download. There will appear a detailed order page with a download link at the bottom.

You can download every product five times within 365 days. Please contact us if you need more time or more downloads

Refund
Since is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.
